  1. Special Projects
    1. Closing up the club sliding door with plywood panels 11/2/23 5pm. 
  2. Buoy duty – do we use a maid service or is self policing working?

    3. Check plumbing and galley operational
    4. Wipe down galley
    5. Stock bathroom and kitchen with paper goods

  4. Insert Web Presence (Facebook, Website) into procedural requirements as an outcome of board meetings – i.e. new member voting and acceptance, member status, Worklist updates, changing of the guard (new/retired board members), publication of the minutes, event management, etc.
  5. Need creative person to manage website content.  Keep it fresh and accurate, maintain calendar and event registration
  6. Need Website forum moderator to insure all posts are within requisite guidelines for each approved topic and monitor the following topics for the Board:

  7. Website Maintenance Monthly to Quarterly Checklist.
    1. Review each page to insure content is dynamic, timely and accurate 
    2. Review each page to insure any external links are functioning properly
    3. Update page content from update list as Board designates
    4. Manage users to retire old accounts, insert new members, or modify existing members
    5. Check inventory levels – burgees, et.al. and insure payment links are functional
    6. Check Joomla version for updates including database and PHP
    7. Check for Updates to Extensions

    8. Install any updates in accordance with change management program plan
    9. Monitor hosting platform for changes and manage email boxes as needed
